SENSE OF TASTE

SENSE OF TASTE:

The sense of taste is one of the 5 sense,there are:sigth,taste,hearing,touch and smell.

Taste is the sentation produced when a substance in the mouth reacts chemically with taste receptor cells localed on taste buds in the oral cavity,mostly on  the tongue.Taste,along with smell and trigemical nerve stimulation determines flavors of food or other substances.Humans have taste receptors on taste buds and other areas including the upper surface of the tongue.The gustatory cortex is responsible for the perception of taste.
