The  volleyball is a complete  sport      BONES:                                                                                                                                     Trunk bones: the sternum, the spine and the hipbones.                                                                                                                            Limb bones:the clavicle, the scapula,the humerous, the ulna, the radius, the carpal, the metacarpal, the phalanges the femur, the tibia, the fibula, the tarsal, the metatarsal and the phalanges.
    MUSCLES:
Trunk muscles: the sternocleidomatoid, the abdomina and pectoral, the intercostal and the trapezius.
Limb bones: the bíceps, the triceps, the cuatriceps, the deltoid, the gluteus and the calf muscles.

MY THREE EXERCISES ARE: 

SWIM
There are several ways that are back, stroke, freestyle and butterfly.
When you swim you move the abdominals, triceps, biceps, deloits and pectorals 

Tennis
We move the phalanges, quadriceps,
Tarsal,biceps,metatarsal and
Abdominals











Volleyball 
We use our pectoral muscles,
Shoulders, hands, arms, deloits
And triceps.
Secondly the abdominals

Bones and muscles that we use when we are cycling.

DANCE
Bones and muscles that we use when we dance.
BONES: fibula,tibia,phalanges,carpal,metacarpal,radious,ulna,humerus,scapula,clavicle,tarsal and metatarsal.
MUSCLES: quadriceps,abdominal,tibia,tendon,biceps,intercostal,deltoid,pectoral,calf muscles and gluteus.

Swimming:


The muscles that we move when we swim are: pectorals, deltoids, biceps, triceps, wrist flexors, calves, quads, calf muscles and gluteus. And the bones that we move are mostly all of them.


 Playing tennis:

The muscles that we move when we play tennis are: deltoid, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, tibia, gluteus and calf muscles. And the bones that we move are: femur, tibia, fibula, metatarsal, tarsal, phalanges, scapula, humerus, ulna, radius, carpal and metacarpal.



Surfing:


The muscles that we move when we surf are: abdominal, dorsal, calf muscles, biceps, triceps, quadriceps... And the bones that we move are: spine, hipbone, femur, tibia, fibula, tarsal, metatarsal, humerus, carpal and metacarpal.

EXERCISE OF SERGIO GARCIA



  • Jump





Buttocks , Muscle Twins , Quadriceps , Biceps , Deltoid , Pushups , Abdominals .

Buttocks , Hamstrings , Muscle Twins , Iliac Psoas , Quadriceps , Tibial




  • Swim :








When you swim practices almost all the muscles Quatriceps , Triceps , Abdominal , Buttocks ...

Three good physical practices

This are three of the principal exercises that people usually use for stretching:

Shoulder`s rotation


The exercises  are very  easy  to follow.   You have to do  3 lots of 10 repetitions.   If 3 lots of 10 repetitions are too easy you can do more .
  • Make 10 full rotations of both arms and then 10 rotations back. Make 3 cycles in total. The muscles that are used in this exercise are: trapezius, deltoid, triceps and pectorals.The bones involved in this exercise are clavicle, scapula and humerus.






Calf muscles stretching exercises


These exercises stretch the calf muscles
  • Make all stretching positions slowly until you feel tension. Hold each position for at least 10 to 15 seconds during the warm-up and cool-down. 


  • Stand with both feet pointing forward. Bend your front knee and keep your back leg straight. Keep the heel slightly off of the ground lean your body forward while holding your heel on the floor.


  • The muscles that are used in this exercise are: calf muscles.The bones involved in this exercise are: tibia,fibula,metatarsal and phalanges.


Back muscles stretching exercises


Back stretching exercises help keep your muscles comfortable and relaxed during the day. These exercises  include stretches for lower back muscles and  for muscles of the hips. 
  • Make each step during 5-10 second and repeat them two or three times





  • The muscles that are used in this exercise are: dorsal, intercostal and trapezius. The bones involved in this exercise are: spine, ribs and sternum.
