abdominals:He/she use the abdominals and the calf muscles.
pushups:He/she use the tibia,the fibula, and the biceps.
weights:He/she use the biceps and the humerus.
PROCESS
Abdominals:He/She goes up and down doing force in the abdominal.
Pushups:he/she goes up and dwon using force with the arms.
wheights:he/she do force with the arm, raising and lowering the arm.
BONES
abdominals:he/she use the pelvis and the tivia
pushups:he/she use the humerus
wheits:he/she use the humeus and the phalanges
