To play golf you use these bones, all of the hands, spine, hipbones, and the clavicle.
You use these muscles, sternocleidomastoid, deltoid, biceps, intercostal, abdominal, tendon,
Triceps and dorsal
Surf
You use these bones, spine, hipbone, femur, tibia, fibula.
You use these muscles, abdominal, dorsal and the trapezius.
I didn't Know to practice golf you need use such muscles. Congratulations Balti.
