THREE EXERCICE

Running


If you run was use bones and muscles.

The bones where you use are:

Femur,  tibia, fibula, tarsals, metatarsals and phalanges.
The muscles where you use are:

Tibial tendon,  quadriceps and muscles callf.

Swimming


If you swim was use bones and muscles.

The bones where you use are:

Humerus, ulla, radius, hip bones, spinal cord, tibia,
Femur, ribs  and clavicle.

The muscles where you use are:

Quadriceps, trapecius, callf muscles,  deldoit and biceps.

Paddel


If you  play paddel was use bones and muscles.

The bones where you use are:

Nothing

The muscles where you use are:

Triceps, biceps and the shoulder.
