SWIMMING
Swimming is the best sport and the most complete. This sport is played inside the water (swimming pool or opened waters). You need to use all your muscles and bones, to go through the water surface, and your brain as well, to calculate how to breath properly. You use your arms, your legs and your head.
All your bones and joints work when swimming, but your body weights a thirty per cent less inside than outside the water, so it is much more easier making them work when you are inside the swimming pool. Moving inside the water is not rough, you don´t need to hold your weight only over the upper or the lower limbs, as much as you do when running, play tennis or football.
GO SKIING
Skiing is a very funny sport. You use different muscles: the gluteus, quadriceps and the triceps of your legs and triceps, abductors and deltoids in your arms. Also different bones: on your legs ( femur, fibula, tibias), or your body (vertibral column, clavicle) or arms (humerus, radius).
PLAY TENNIS
Tennis is an intelligent sport. You use hip bones, spinal cord, humerus, ulna, radious, femur and fibula, quadriceps, gluteus, abdominals, pectorals, trapezious, biceps, triceps and deltoids. The best tennis player today is Rafa Nadal.
you are a hard worker Lucas!
