HEARING

Hello today I'm going to talk about the ear.

The hearing is one of the five senses and it consists on receiving sounds from the outside. 

The ear is the organ of hearing.It has three parts;the outer ear,the middle ear and the inner ear.

 THE OUTER EAR        

The outer ear includes the ear and ear canal.The outer ear recives sounds.

The parts of the outer ear are:pinna,external auditory meatus and tympanic membrane.


  THE MIDDLE EAR       

The middle ear includes the eardrum and the small bons.The middle ear changes sounds into vibrations.
 The parts of the middle ear are: Malleus,incus,tensor tympani(muscle),eustachian tube,stapes and stapedius (muscle).

   THE INNER EAR

The inner ear includes the cochlea and the auditory nerve.The inner ear changes vibrations into nerve impulses that go to the brain.

The parts of the inner ear are:cochlea,round window and oval window.
