EXERCISE

                                                                    CRUNCHES




The crunches use: abdominals. the abdominals are six packs of muscles and also in standard  crunch the hips and abdominals move.The crunches target is the rectus abdominals and strong that  muscle.Perform the standard crunch by lying face up  your knees.


       
                          
                                                                         RUN
         
The bones and muscle of the running  are:  muscle:The quadriceps, hamstring, gluteus and calf  muscle. The bones :Femur, fibula, tibia ,tarsal, metatarsal and hip bones.when we run we sweat and also we burn calories and more good things there for run is good for the health is a healthy habit.








                                                                      SQUAT



The muscle we worked do squads are:Gluteus,quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscle. And the bones :Femur,tibia,hip bones and fibula. The squads are so good because you do a lot of exercise and also you can do in your house , can strengthen your muscle and your  physical ability.
