EXERCISES BY MARTA PALLARÉS

MY THREE EXERCISES ARE: 

SWIM
There are several ways that are back, stroke, freestyle and butterfly.
When you swim you move the abdominals, triceps, biceps, deloits and pectorals 

Tennis
We move the phalanges, quadriceps,
Tarsal,biceps,metatarsal and
Abdominals











Volleyball 
We use our pectoral muscles,
Shoulders, hands, arms, deloits
And triceps.
Secondly the abdominals
