         THERMAL POWER STATIONS           
 

Hello I´m going to talk abaut thermal power stations so first I´m going to explain you what is a thermal power station.

A thermal power station is a power plant in which the prime move is to burn fuels they obtained energy by burning fuel like coal and oil this is the process wen water is converted into steam. After, the steam moves the turbine and made a lot of energy. Thermal power stations also are designed to produce hot  energy for industrial usess.


the parts of a termal power station are:electric generators,gas turbine, steam turbine, boiler and hearth.

 
The termal power stations produce many problems,let´s see some of that problems, the termal power stations are very useful because they produce a lot of energy, but also they are very dangerous.Changes in the landscape, depletion of the not- renewable energy.and a lot of polution that we breathe.The burning of the fuels prucess gases that pollute the air. The constryuction of reservoirs changes the landscape.The acid rain drags the polution that is in the air, and destoys the  forests.

How we can use either  the energy,there are many things that we can do to use either the energy.Turn off the lights:wen we are not using the lights, also we can use sun lights because is free and and does not pollute,Use public transport is cheaper and produce the same energy that a car. Not put the heating or air conditioning a long time.

And recycle, reuse, reduce, this is very easy we use things but if we can reuse something we are practise the 3 r´s , if we have a paper you can put in the blue container and we also are practise the 3 r´s , and finally the third ´´r`` is wen we are doing all of things that I say before.
