swim skate and cyclin


SWIM                                                                                                                                                                     
 I like swim , we need bones and muscles to this activity so the bones we use are the: humerus , ulla , radius , hip bones,  spinal cord  tibia , femur , ribs and the clavicle .And the muscles that we use are: quadriceps ,trapecius , calf muscles , deldoit and  bíceps

 

 

 

SKATE                                                                                                                                                                     

I do roller skating , we use  this bones: fibula , femur , tibia, hip bones ,ribs , and the arms. And the muscles are: deldoit , calf muscles ,gluteus , trapecius bíceps , quadriceps and abdominal .



 




 

 

CYCLING                                                                                                                                                            




I like cycling is very interesting also we use bones and muscles  that are ensencial to this activity the bones are the : hip bones , femur , tibula , fibula and the tarsal and the muscles are calf  muscles , gluteus , tibial ,quadriceps and the tendon.
