Exercises

Swimming:


The muscles that we move when we swim are: pectorals, deltoids, biceps, triceps, wrist flexors, calves, quads, calf muscles and gluteus. And the bones that we move are mostly all of them.


 Playing tennis:

The muscles that we move when we play tennis are: deltoid, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, tibia, gluteus and calf muscles. And the bones that we move are: femur, tibia, fibula, metatarsal, tarsal, phalanges, scapula, humerus, ulna, radius, carpal and metacarpal.



Surfing:


The muscles that we move when we surf are: abdominal, dorsal, calf muscles, biceps, triceps, quadriceps... And the bones that we move are: spine, hipbone, femur, tibia, fibula, tarsal, metatarsal, humerus, carpal and metacarpal.
