EXERCISE

SWIM
Bones and muscles that we use when we SWIM 
BONES: 
Tarsal,metatarsal,phalanges,fibula,tibia,femur,carpal,metacarpal,radious,ulna,humerus,scapula and clavicle.
MUSCLES:
Tibia,tendon,quadriceps,abdominal,intercostal,biceps,pectoral,deltoid,calft muscles and gluteus.

•CYCLING
Bones and muscles that we use when we are cycling.
BONES: hip bones,femur,fibula and the tarsal.
MUSCLES: calf muscles, gluteus,tibia,quadriceps and the tendon.

DANCE
Bones and muscles that we use when we dance.
BONES: fibula,tibia,phalanges,carpal,metacarpal,radious,ulna,humerus,scapula,clavicle,tarsal and metatarsal.
MUSCLES: quadriceps,abdominal,tibia,tendon,biceps,intercostal,deltoid,pectoral,calf muscles and gluteus.
