Credit cards are a kind of cards that we use to pay things that we buy.

They usually are made of plastic and they have a magnetic stripe and a particular code.

Nowadays almost everybody use a credit card because you don´t need to have cash in your pocket or with you. 

Also you can get cash money in the cash machine with your credit card.

So you can see that it´s very necessary and useful to have a credit card with us to buy wherever we need.

There are millions of banks in all the world. Each bank has its own credit card for their customers.

It´s very important not to lose the credit card because your money can be stolen.

You can buy throught the INTERNET by writing the numbers of your credit card.

It´s so easy, and so dangerous too. So don´t lose it!!!!!!

INTRODUCTION : In the  daily life we use many elements containing magnetisim. I will talk about barcodes and of credit cards . 

EXPLANATION : When you go to a store to buy something this product has a barcode , unique in world , a reading machine wich says the product price is and some information about the product. 

The credit cards have magnetic strips , that are used for read the information .  Credit cards are used to pay without cash.

                            

Microwave

The microwave was invented in 1945 by the American engineer Percy Spencer.

When Percy Spencer was investigating possible ways to improve the functioning of the radar in the Raytheon Company he discovered that  that the rod chocolate carrying in the Pocket was melting while he was in front of a radar.

The microwave uses electromagnetism.

How does the microwave oven work?

The airwaves in this range have the property of being absorbed by the water, fat and sugar molecules. To be absorbed, the waves become directly in the movement of these molecules (That we know as heat) the water molecules are dipolar, and have a positive charge on one side and negative in another.  Pros : It is a very quiet and  fast train.    
WORK: It works with  a linear motor and electricity.                                               

This metod has three adventages : It is faster, quicker and luxsurious. The inventor is Hermann Kemper an made it in Germany. The train works with magnets in the rail way, and in the train there are others magnets and this creates a magnetic field.                                           Caracteristics: there is no friccion between the train and the railway, and this caused that the train rubs with the air.

They usually go to 400km/h, but the faster magnetic train can go to 603km/h,
and that train is in Japan

It is a good transport because is faster than other trains and also it is more 
safety.

They are really modern, so there are really dificult to see because 
 there are few magnetic trains in this world.

The train moves because if magnets are put north with north or

In 1881, Alexander Graham Bell invented the first metal detector.

The metal detector is an electronic instrument whith sensors. This sensors are the ones that detect de metal.When its close to metal it beeps. The metal detector beeps because it produce an alternating magnetic field. This hapens when a piece of electrically conductive metal is close to the coil and this produces a magnetic field of its own.
This are some uses of the metal detector:

• The metal detector is used to find metal things. They can find metal objects underground. You can find treasures whith this if there are underground.

• They are used in airports too. When you pass under this machines they can detect if you have metal because is a metal detector.

•  You can used for security. You can see if anyone has a gun or a knife...  This tipe is often used for museums and that tipe of tings.

• Its very easy to use the metal detector. You only have to put it on and past it on top the surface you want to detect if there is any metal.
