EXERCISES: MUSCLES AND BONES

 FOOTBALL
 
  1. In the football you use the legs muscles and bones.
  2. The goal keeper they use the hands and the legs.
  • This goalkeeper they didn't have many luck but he won the match...but this player they use more the face than the hands.
  • What muscles do you move wen you are going to trought the ball?
           You use all the muscles of the legs but   specially the cuadriceps and the gemelieres.

                         BASKETBALL


  1. In the basketball you use the legs and the arms muscles and bones.
  2. The players they use the hands and the legs.

What muscles do you move wen you are going to trought the ball?
           You use all the muscles of the arms but   specially the bíceps,triceps and the wrist muscles.

 
TENNIS



  1.  In the tennis you use the legs and the arms muscles and bones.
  2. The players they use the hands and the legs.
 
What muscles do you move wen you are going to hit the ball?
           You use all the muscles of the arms but   specially the bíceps,triceps and the wrist muscles. Also you need strong legs.
