CHARACTERISTICS:
The digestive system is responsible for digesting the food that the human being consumes , the process can last up to 2 days .
WHAT IS IT ?
Is the set of organs that are constituted to introduce food into the body, prepare and transform them so that they can be distributed throughout the cells .
PARTS
The main parts of the digestive system are the mouth, the pharynx, the esophagus, the stomach, the liver, the pancreas, the small intestine, the large intestine, the rectum and the anus,in this photo there are more parts.


FUNCTION
The function of the digestive system is the digestion and absorption, digestion is the descomposition of food into small molecules, which the body absorbs,absorption is the movement of molecules from the digestive tract to the blood and is also the entry os digested foods.
RELATIONSHIP BEWTEEN SYSTEMS
It is related to the circulatory system, respiratory system and excretory system, for the following reasons: ·Circulatory system: after digestion, the molecules are taken to the blood turret for transport through the body.
·Respiratory system: by the process of oxigenation that is important for digestion.
·Excretory system: since it is responsible for expelling substances and nutrients from the body.
