ANTS 

There are more than 12.000 species of ants in the world.

An ant can carry 20 times its weight. It is incredible!

Ants don't have ears. Ants hear with vibrations.

There are three kinds of ants in a colony : 

• The queen 
• The female workers 
• The male 

The queen and the male have wings. 

They are very social insects. They live in colonies or groups. In a group you can find a million of ants.
